Use And Maintenance Of Round Filament Drawing Machine(1)

1. Equipment must be operated by special person, special person maintenance, the operator should carefully read the operation manual before operation, understand the function of the equipment and pay attention to the matters. 

2. Adjust the height of the workbench and the pressure bar according to the thickness of the workpiece to be machined and the amount of cutting. 

3. Investigate the working condition of each engine bed, and pay attention to stop the vacuum operation after the operation is stopped. 

4. In order to facilitate the adjustment and improvement of work efficiency, the machine has two manual and active working conditions.

5. Smooth and maintain the machine according to the following requirements: 

(1) After each launch of the unit: 

a. Purge the machine with compressed air filtered through purification. Pay attention to the cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces of the conveyor belt and the appearance of the workbench. The sand pad and the belt should not have foreign objects on the surface to avoid affecting the sanding precision. 

b. Timing purging and scrubbing the belt swing control component, photoelectric tube and photoelectric switch to avoid the formation of the belt swing is not sensitive. 

c. Start the vacuum cleaner when purging the machine. 

d. Check the compressed air filter regularly to remove the agglomerates in the filter. 

(2) After 40 hours of operation Check the pressure air filter and add a sufficient amount of smooth oil.

(3) After 200 hours of operation 

a. Open the upper cover of the base and change the smooth grease to the worm gear to make it slide sensitive. 

b. View the tension and wear level of the narrow V-belt 

c. Check the tension of the machine belt 

d. View the flatness of the workbench 

e. Check the wear condition of the pneumatic brake pads (replace if necessary) 

(5) Smoothing and maintenance of the geared motor 

a. The geared motor's geared motor should use special smooth oil (filled at the factory) 

b. Oil exchange criteria: 

Phase I: After 500 hours, the internal oil should be cleaned and replaced with new oil. 

Phase II: Replace the new oil after 1000 hours. 

Phase III: Replace the new oil after 2000 hours. Replace every 2000 hours) 

c. Always check the oil level on the oil pressure gauge to keep the oil level in the middle of the oil gauge.
