1. Adjusting the tension of the conveyor belt 

Twist the bolts on the left and right sides of the conveyor belt and adjust the tension of the conveyor belt. (Note: Do not adjust too tightly to avoid plastic deformation of the conveyor belt) 

2. Worktable flatness adjustment method 

(1) Place a small flat ruler on the reference plane of the machine base 

(2) Raise or lower the workbench to make the appearance and the flat ruler on the workbench quietly touch 

(3) View the touch status of the outer surface and the flat ruler on the upper working table of the four supporting irons 

(4) Loose expense seat bolts, rolling nut lifting work table, until the appearance of the work table and the flat feet are the same everywhere

3. belt grinding

(1) Adjust the flatness of the workbench 

(2) Recognize that there are no foreign objects on the inside and outside of the conveyor belt and on the work table. 

(3) Rotate the heavy handwheel to point the pointer to the A zone 

(4) Starting the belt is the motor and conveyor motor 

(5) Raise the workbench until the conveyor belt quietly touches the abrasive belt to stop, and the amount of grinding of the conveyor belt should not exceed 0.1mm each time to avoid deformation of the conveyor belt. 

(6) After the belt is finished grinding, the grinding debris on the machine tool should be carefully removed, and the inner and outer surfaces of the conveyor belt and the grinding debris of the work table should be cleaned.

4. belt swing adjustment

The machine tool belt swing is controlled by the photoelectric switch. Adjusting the fixed position of the photoelectric switch can change the reference of the photoelectric switch operation. This reference should be adjusted to about 10mm from the edge of the stick. When the sand belt swings up and down, the scroll knob can make the belt swing to the left and right. The left and right limit maintenance of the belt is controlled by two pairs of photocells. The reference of the photocell maintenance should be adjusted to the left and right edges of the stick. 5. Work platform lifting drive 

V-belt tension and adjustment of worm gear and lifting slider 

(1) V belt is adjusted by tension spring force to adjust the appropriate tension 

(2) The lifting slider has been matched at the factory. The motor drive narrow V-belt is tensioned, but the narrow V-belt should not be too tight, and it is allowed to have a twist of 20mm. 

(3) Tighten the nuts and bolts
