PP/HDPE Monofilament Yarn Application:

PP monofilament: rope, net, street brush, car cleaning brush, twine, air conditioner filter, polywire, polyrope, polytape for fence, chemical filter( cloth, bag), filter mesh etc.

HDPE monofilament: fishing net, agriculture net( anti-bird net, anti-insect net, anti-hail net, sunshade net, wind net etc), sports net, safety net, tow rope, Conveyor belt, mesh bag, rope , bath ball, webbing etc.

1. What's the model you have ?
Here are 65mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm for your choice
2. For making pp monofilament, will you have same design of machine ?
NO, base on different final products, the design exist difference, like for pp brush, it need hard and strong , so need more hot ovens to form, generally we configue 4, and for making rope, one hot water is enough
3. Whats' the yarn size can do ?
The minimun we can do 0.06mm, and for some products like brush , we can do 2-3mm
4. What's the winding type you have ?
For pp and hdpe, generally is olive type, 3-5kg, and base on clients request, we can use nylon bobbin, paper bobbin, and big frame for brush / broom yarn winding.
