The Production Process of PP Fibrillated Yarn

The plastic PP Fibrillated Yarn Extrusion line produced by Taian Jiamei Machinery is mainly composed of extruder, head, cold water tank, drafting machine, heating plate and winding. 

(1) Extruder

The extruder is mainly composed of a screw, a barrel, a hopper, a reducer and a drive motor. 

(2) Machine Head

The machine head consists of three parts: three-way, filter net, filter plate and lip. In order to adapt to the production of recycled materials containing more impurities, the machine head adopts a tee and a filter plate with a large filtration area, and a suitable device is installed, and the net change operation can be performed by one person alone. 

(3) First Stretching Roller

The driving motor power is 1.5KW, and the frequency control is adopted. The speed regulation range is 20-50 rpm. The turbine gearbox is driven by the belt and then the chain drive is used to achieve better synchronism. The cutting width of the split film can be adjusted as required, and the minimum range of adjustment is 5mm.

(4) Heating Plate

The heating plate adopts advanced infrared heating, which heats up quickly, keeps the heat well, and the split film is evenly heated. 

(5) Second Stretching Roller

The motor drive power is 5.5KW, and the frequency control is adopted. The speed adjustment range is 100-160 rpm, and the drafting multiple is 2-5 times. The two retracting roller manual valve handles are placed in the horizontal position during normal operation. The cylinder pressure is adjusted to The smallest. 

(6) Winder

Herringbone can be used for winding. Torque motors, 2.5n.m can also be used with vertical winders or 8-station friction (horizontal) winders. 

(7) Electrical Control Part

The PP/PE Plastic Split Film Extrusion plant is equipped with an organic group operation cabinet, and the total button is connected to the main power supply to open the motor at the beginning of the switch. The split button switch can be used to control the fuselage and the tee, and the lip of each lip is heated. During normal production, the temperature can be automatically controlled to ensure a stable and reliable production process.
