Precautions for Using Plastic Filament Extrusion Line

Safety procedures for plastic filament extrusion line:

1. Wear protective equipment according to the regulations before work, check the mechanical transmission part and electrical part of the wire drawing machine equipment for safety protection, insurance and signal devices. 

2. The grounding (zero) and anti-static measures of the wire drawing machine must be reliable, the equipment must be balanced and stable, and the lower leg needs to be fixed with screws. 

3. During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to touch the handwheels, handles and electrical buttons at random to avoid accidents; it is forbidden to touch the moving parts by hand; tools and other objects are not allowed on the workbench. 

4. Safety devices such as protective covers installed in the equipment must be intact and must not be removed at will. All fixing screws of the protective cover should be tightened. The equipment must be powered off when repairing or inspecting the equipment. 

5. When the wire drawing knife of the wire drawing machine is fed, it should be smooth and slow to ensure safety; the bearing gears should be refueled frequently; if abnormal conditions are found, stop immediately, please check with relevant personnel. 

6. After the drawing is completed, first exit the tool and then stop. If the wire drawing machine is not used temporarily, it should be coated with anti-rust oil. At the same time clean up the work site.
