Machine Description
The Lead Line Extruder is mainly for producing all kinds of lead chain core, anti-tension and anti-torsion, widely used used for bottom counterweight of marine fishing rope nets, tents, curtains, shower curtains, wires, machinery, shade nets, etc.
Core yarn: 1800-3000 Daniel polyester yarn
Lead particle size: 5-10 (+1) mm in length and 1.5-6 (+0.2) mm in diameter.
The distance between the centres of lead grains is 4-10 (+2) millimetres.
Straight longitude of counterweight lead rope: 3-8 (+0.3) mm
Softness: This weight lead rope has good softness and can be stacked in cartons at will.
