1.Product Description:
The lead chain making machine includes one lead core extruder,one cooling water tank,one cutting machinean and one rewinding machine.The daily output of lead wire of different specifications is greater than 300kg,The extrusion speed of lead wire should be consistent with the feeding speed during cutting, and should be greater than or equal to 15m/min.
Core yarn: 1800-3000 Daniel polyester yarn
Lead particle size: 5-10 (+1) mm in length and 1.5-6 (+0.2) mm in diameter.
The distance between the centres of lead grains is 4-10 (+2) millimetres.
Straight longitude of counterweight lead rope: 3-8 (+0.3) mm
Softness: This weight lead rope has good softness and can be stacked in cartons at will.
